I only gave this a star because I couldn't write a bad review with zero stars. This app is just complete hogwash, I download it from my paystore and go to open it and get notified that the slum suckered keeps having issues and won't even open. How am I suppose to check my account status bill information? These slum suckered are gonna shut off my power if I don't pay the bill 😤 good golly, i wish we could have a different power providers to choose from like we do with wifi.... Unreal
While the app is convenient and allows you to see all the info and make a payment on your account, the app will not keep your info to use your fingerprints to sign in. I've notified them of this and they have yet to fix it. Would rate higher if they fix this fingerprint issue.
App does not open I am using an OnePlus 7t pro. With android version 11. Not able to open the app. It gives error message and closes.
Crashes. Will not load. Has crashed for months. Update: 12/26/2021 - Still will not load. 01/06/2022 Crashes on start. 2022/01/17 It does not work 2022/02/03 Updated, will not open. 2022/04/05 Still will not open. Google why do you allow this in your store?

Broken
Absolutely Useless. Every single time I log in, it demands an email verification. The email verification link opens the browser and confirms the account is verifying. It does not return you to the app once verified, just proceeds in the browser. The app never recognizes its been verified, the only option is to return to the home page, restarting the process. The only thing this app does is email a link to do it on your browser.
Crashes on launch even after a fresh reinstall. This app has been broken for more than four months now. How a large utility can leave this broken app as the published version is an embarrassment.
